They met while working in London Michelin star winning restaurant La Trompette. Their shared passion for all things culinary and search for adventure bought these two to the beautiful Southwest where Scottish (Duncan) and Kiwi (Tim) and their families proudly now call home. Duncan and Tim express their passion for simple, fresh and understated food through their creative seasonal menu.
