'HONKI' is Japanese for 'true' or 'serious' & 'HAUS' is German for 'house'. We are a brother & sister duo who are third generation restauranteurs. Our story began with hand-crafted noodles & congee that filled many hungry stomachs from the 1950s till 2012 in Kowloon, Hong Kong.
