Our philosophy is to provide our customers with a mostly gluten and lactose free dining experience. With today's rise in dietary requirements there is a growing need for a cafe that caters for those with these dietary requirements as well as those with a love for fine food. We use mainly smaller local suppliers from around Sydney, NSW, Australia and sometimes New Zealand. When products are sourced from other countries we will use fair trade suppliers wherever possible. We are sustainable and environmentally friendly, using recycled / biodegradable takeaway containers, no docket machines, low energy lighting and minimal packaged items. Our menu will be regularly changing with focus on using fresh seasonal produce.
