Attended for a conference. Brought my newborn baby with me and advised there was no parent room/nappy change facilities! I was directed to a disabled access toilet and told that a nappy change table was on their "things to do list". Did they want me to change bub's nappy on the toilet floor?? I encourage you to get that nanny change facility sorted out. For such a hotel in such a central location it seems poor form not to have this facility already. Otherwise the facilities were good. Clean and respectable. Good food. Staff ok. Great location.
